OVERVIEW
The self-directed module includes all the content of the first module as recordings, with some learning polls/checks along the way. Please see https://gladaustralia.com.au/overview-self-directed-module-1/ for an overview of what is required.

APPLICATIONS
Intake for the self-directed Module 1 is restricted, and you will need to complete this application to secure your place. Applications will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

CONSIDERATIONS
• You won't have the chance to check in live with questions while you're watching. You'll need to save your questions for the in-person day, or email them through to the team.
• You will need to be able to allocate approximately 8 hours of time (which can be broken up) to complete this Module. This includes the pre-reading, watching the recordings and completing the learning polls, with additional time to reflect on the content and to have breaks.
• The cost for the course is the same, regardless of mode of completing Module 1.
• You can at any time switch to attending the live session.

TIMELINE
The self-directed Module 1 link will be sent through 4 weeks prior to the scheduled live Module 1 of the course and MUST BE COMPLETED by the due date (as given in the course information). If you find you can't complete it, you will need to switch to attending the live online session or to a future course.
